Hong Kong Sang Ma Trust Fund, aiming at ��Promoting Textile Industry by Technology��, unveiled its 2009 annul awards on a ceremony in Donghua University on Nov. 6th. Five programs including ��the research of 3-D integrated weaving carbon fibre preparation for composite material combination bracket ,�� which was headed by Jiao Yanan of Tianjin Industry Unversity, were granted the first class awards; 11 programs including ��high efficient energy-saving and emission-reducing spun-lace key technology & appliaction of cellulose fiber functional products�� were granted the second class awards. It was said 80% of those awarded programs were commercialized, whose sales volume reached 112 billion yuan. Sang Ma award and scholarship had made a great contribution to the progress of China��s five textile universities and colleges.
Du Yuzhou, the President of CNTAC spoke highly of awarded programs. He said those programs had a common feature of which help a breakthrough of Chinese textile industry with high-tech. |
