Zhao Changle, Secretary of Shanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC visited the Xi��an Textile Town and review their work on July 29th. He said, the bankrupcy and restructure of textile enterprises, the adjustment and invigorating of textile industry are important to upgrade the traditional industry, optimize the industry structure of the province, and encourage the worker��s confidence. The restructure should meet the requiremnts of modern industralization and production model. The textile industry zone was going to become a new economic growth piont of this province. There were five meatures to do to meet this goal: One, Taking the chance of enterprise bankrupcy, to set up system reform and innovation testing zone; Two, to construct this zone into an industrial transferring model zone; Three, to stress on the employment work; Four, to develop the brand image of textile enterprises and construct a cultural and creative industry zone; Five, to construct a comprehensive community with residential, business and industry. |
