According to National Development and Reform Commission, 575 enterprises�� technology centers were accredited as ��excellent, qualified, or unqualified��. 18 textile and garment enterprise technology centers were accredited as qualified. They were:
Nanshan Textile, Lutai Textile, Changshan Textile, Binzhou Yaguang, Jifa Textile, Jingwei Textile Machinery, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery, Esquel, Jilin Chemical Fiber, Xiyingmen Home Textile, Hunan Huasheng, Baoding Swan Chemical Fiber, Xiamen Xianglu Chemical Fiber, Sunshin Group, Mizuda, China Color Cotton, Youngor, Sevenwolves.
National Accredited Enterprise Technolgy Center is approved by five government departments including National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Cutoms, General Administration of Taxation, with a strict application and examination procedure. This aims at promoting the enterprise investing in R&D and then imporving their competitiveness in the market. R& D is also a key factor for the upgrading of China textile industry. |
